ADMINISTRATION

Grants and Agreements Administrator

Join our Grant Administration Team! This position plays a central role in supporting the administration of grants, contracts, agreements, subawards, and procurements across our portfolio of land and water stewardship, wildfire resilience, workforce development, and community development programs. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex administrative and compliance processes. This role works closely with program staff, accounting, leadership, contractors, and partners to ensure projects are administered smoothly and in compliance with organizational and funding requirements.

RECREATION

Recreation Crew Lead

The Recreation Crew Lead works directly under the Recreation Program Manager and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the WRTC Trail Crew, including collaboration with agencies/organizations and WRTC staff, crew management, on-the-ground physical trail work, and ensuring overall quality project work. Recreation Technician

The Recreation Technician works directly under the Recreation Crew Lead and works as part of a team to implement trail projects using hand tools, power tools, mapping devices/programs, ensuring safety of self and crewmates, and producing quality project work. FORESTRY AND FUELS

Archaeology Specialist

The Archaeology Specialist supports and implements cultural resource fieldwork, including surveys, site recording, data management, and reporting. This position applies established archaeological methods with a high degree of accuracy and independence, contributes to data quality control (QA/QC), and may serve in a crew lead capacity for field projects. Archaeology Technician

The Archaeological Technician supports field-based cultural resource work, including archaeological survey, data collection, and documentation. This position works under the direct supervision of an Archaeology Specialist and/or Crew Lead to complete field surveys, site testing, and data management tasks. YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Youth Conservation Crew Member

Youth Conservation Crew (YCC) members will build and maintain trails, learn Leave No Trace Principles, participate in field surveys (botany, wildlife, forestry), engage in prescribed fire planning, utilize hand tools, and assist with data collection.
