After a multi-year hiatus due to Covid-19, Mountain Prom is BACK, and we are all ready to PARTY! Join us at the All-Ages Mountain Prom held in the Veterans Memorial Hall on Memorial Drive in Weaverville. Hosted by Ascend Wilderness Experience, this event will raise funds for 2023 backpacking trips and day hikes in the Trinity Alps for local youth. Mountain Prom is community shindig that will feature a wide variety of entertainment for the whole family including a lip sync contest, DJ music, food trucks, photo booth, mountain prom attire and decor, prizes, kids’ corner, delectable hors d'oeuvres, and more.  You can learn more about Ascend Wilderness Experience by visiting their website: www.ascendwilderness.org.
